Can I still place an order after June 18?
No, orders cannot be placed after the webshop closes on June 18, 2025
I placed an order before June 18 but haven’t received it yet – what now?
Orders placed before closure will still be processed and shipped. Contact support before June 30, 2025 if there are issues.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, all orders will receive a tracking link via email once shipped.
Can I still return or exchange an item?
Yes, within the standard return period. Returns will most likely be refunded. Exchanges for a smaller/bigger size are only possible in case of availability.

Are the new game jerseys available at Decathlon?
Yes! The official new game shirts and other merch are already available there.
How long can I contact support?
Until June 30, 2025. After that, the webshop and support team will no longer be active on a daily basis.
